Short Biography

I am currently working as an assistant professor at the Department of CSE at the Sheikh Hasina University of Science and Technology (SHUST). Previously, I worked as a lecturer at the Department of CSE, University of Brahmanbaria since January 2020, and was promoted to Senior Lecturer. I was also a syndicate member at the University of Brahmanbaria for two years. My research interests mainly include digital image processing, computer vision, and natural language processing. I received my MS in Computer Science and Technology (Supervisor: Associate Professor Lin Jie) and BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering(Supervisor: M. M. Naushad Ali, Assistant Professor) from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh, respectively. I received a full scholarship from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China for my Master's study. In the meantime, I own one journal paper (Applied Intelligence(APIN)-Impact Factor of 5.086) and one IEEE conference paper. My master's thesis title was “Robust Face Recognition in Partial Occlusion Condition with few Training Samples.” My undergraduate thesis was “Automated Defect Detection of Industrial Pipes Using Image Processing.”
